Lyra Pramuk in "Psychosphere": Live performance in Cisternerne /

Step down into the depths of Cisternerne for a rare and spellbinding performance by Berlin-based vocalist and performer Lyra Pramuk, set within Jakob Kudsk Steensen’s virtual deep sea world Psychosphere.  

Known for her transformative, voice-based compositions, Lyra Pramuk creates music that blurs the lines between body and technology, spirit and science, ritual and future. Her voice becomes an instrument of change – a bridge between human, nature and other living species. 

In the dark, echoing chambers, Lyra Pramuk appears as a deep-sea being suspended between myth and speculation, past and future. Together with Jakob Kudsk Steensen, Lyra Pramuk will evoke a new creative direction of Psychosphere, with compositional edits and spatialisation iterations supported by sound artist Lugh O’Neill. Lyra Pramuk’s voice drifts and multiplies, dissolving across the subterranean space of Cisternerne. 

Audiences are invited to explore the exhibition freely, as it remains visually untouched – but for one night only, it becomes the setting for a hauntingly beautiful soundscape that reimagines the space from within. 

It is cold in Cisternerne. Therefore, you should bring warm clothes with you for the event.
